2011 Hamerton Donkey Show - Entries Still Accepted 04-06-2011
Our first show is on Saturday 11th June starting at 10.30am. Thank you to everyone who has sent in their entries early, which is a great help for the organisers. You can still e-mail or fax in your entries, and lots more are expected on the day. The show has already attracted lots of local interest, and donkeys are entered from a wide radius covering many counties of southern England, East Anglia and the Midlands, and locally from just a mile or two away. We would like to thank the Donkey Breed Society for their help with the affliation process, which means that members donkeys can win special rosettes, and go forward to the national Show in August. We hope to have an agility display by the local Miniature Shetland Pony club too, along with the demonstrations by our farrier and TNS ground-care. Generous sponsorship by TNS has allowed us to offer exceptional prize money for the very low entry fee of £5 (or £7 on the day).
